Business Communications recommended that Cat 5e telephone/data cabling should be installed in Dado trunking. This not only ensured a clean line effect but also provided the customer with easy desktop access to all telephone and computer points.
A Panasonic KX TDA30 digital telephone system, complete with the latest digital telephones was supplied and installed by Business Communications.
The existing analogue lines were replaced by ISDN2 circuits and an allocation of DDI (direct dial in) numbers ensured that inbound calls were dealt with by the relevant person or department.
Hirecare Ltd make use of their conference call facility regularly and so this was combined with the latest Plantronics wireless headsets which increased their call handling efficiency.
